Hey fellow RV friends! 👋 I bought a 2023 Jayco Greyhawk 29MV from TJ Brokerage about 6 months ago. Everything has been awesome until last week when the OEM backup camera stopped working (Furrion Vision S system - the one on the rear wall). I checked all the fuses and connections, but nothing. It's completely dead.
I have the extended warranty from TJ Brokerage (the 5-year coverage). Should I file a claim with them to replace the OEM camera, or should I just grab an aftermarket replacement? The OEM Furrion camera runs around $350-400. Aftermarket options are $150-250.
Has anyone dealt with camera warranty claims through TJ Brokerage? How did it go? I'm a full-time RVer, so I need this fixed ASAP for backing into tight campsites! Thanks, y'all! 🚐📷
